How to Register
Registration for our Winter-Spring Session II classes begins on Monday, December 19th for current HPSD students and Monday, January 2nd for new students. To view the Winter-Spring schedule, see the link to the left of the page.
Register by printing and filling out the Winter-Spring Registration form and returning it along with your payment to the HPSD office. Click here for the Winter-Spring Class Schedule and Tuition and Fees.
Please note that registrations will not be processed without payment. Payments can be made by check, cash or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Please make checks payable to Hyde Park School of Dance.
We will contact you via email to confirm that your registration has been received and processed, or to discuss options if your desired class is full.
The Hyde Park School of Dance office is open on Wednesdays from 2 - 5pm, Saturdays from 9am - 12pm, and other times by appointment. Contact , or leave a voicemail at 773-493-8498 to arrange an alternate time.
However, registrations do not need to be submitted in person, and you do not have to set-up an appointment in order to register. The completed Registration Form, along with payment, should be mailed or delivered to the following address: Hyde Park School of Dance 5650 S. Woodlawn Avenue Chicago, IL 60637. We regret we cannot take registration information by phone or e-mail.
