Students on payment plans are expected to fulfill the terms of their payment contracts even if they do not attend all of their classes. Failure to fulfill payment contracts will lead to penalties, including late fees, exclusion from performances, revocation of scholarship aid, or dismissal from the School.

Refund Policy

No refunds of semester tuition will be made without a doctor's excuse after a student has attended their second class.

If a student must withdraw from classes (absences do not constitute withdrawal) tuition can be credited against future registration. However, the student's family must notify the School in writing to request the credit. Refunds will be assessed a $15 handling fee and prorated for the number of classes attended by the student. No handling fee is assessed on tuition held for credit.

If you are uncertain about your student's interest or readiness for dance classes, you may sign up for a trial class ($15), and ask the instructor to help you evaluate your student's participation. The cost of trial classes is not refundable but may be applied to tuition.

Tuition will not be prorated or refunded because of excessive non-medical absences. Students may make up absences by attending the same or a lower level class on a different day. Please notify the instructor when the class is a makeup.
